Holy Souveran Deal

i had the weirdest dream last night. i dreampt that my Souveran cracked and the wax was all dirty and fell into the mud. talk about crazy dream...
 
I just passed up a great deal :down: I kept on holding back and when I decided the deal was gone..
 
Im sure there will be deals in the future. It seems lately they have been trying to give that stuff away with the deals they have. They just keep getting better and better. So dont worry, Im sure you will get some sometime for a reasonable price!

ok so if i buy the 70 $ souveran i get free shipping and another SOuveran ? i cant find anything that states that on the site.
 
Got my Souveran and no free wheel cleaner that I specified in the notes when I ordered....I am p!ssed off. I included a note in both the paypal payment as well as when I placed the order online. Wait 10 days to get your shipment and it is wrong.

I got the wheel cleaner. Its nothing to right home about.. honestly your not missing anythign fun! I didnt get the gold bags which was kinda a bummer for me though.

Quite possible it is nothing fantastic but to miss both the order "note" and the "note" in my payment seems ridiculous to me. Seems like someone wasn't paying attention to detail, but that's just me. It only costs them more money to ship it out. Is this typical service or just a hiccup? Did anyone else not receive their full order? What was the gold bags? Is that something else we were suppose to be eligible to get?

Brian, I didn't get the wheel cleaner on another order I placed, but I called them today, and they promised to send it right out.
Give them a chance - call or e-mail them.
The "gold bag" is just a cute little pouch for the Souveran. Mine was in the box with the applicator.

Greg, sorry 'bout your gold bag :( Would you like me to send you mine? I really can't think why I need it.

I've not ordered directly from Pinnacle before, but if they're anything like their affiliate, AutoGeek, I'm sure it's just a hiccup due to the large response to their generous offer.
 
Just a day to rant and rave I guess...Woke up this morning with a few inches of snow...Had plans of S&W for my truck then a treatment of Collinite and Souveran...Now I gotta wash that beast. At least I have several coats of UPP on it. All of this was suppose to be for winter...(unexpected snow beat me to it :wacko: )

I haven't had problems w/ Autogeek or Premiumautocare so guess I was getting spoiled.

Autogeek and Pinnacale are top notch companies run by good people. But they are still people and they do make mistakes. Just give them a shout and everything will be a-o-k.
Greg- it said in the advertisment that the deal of 2 for 1 does not include the gold bags- so thats the reason for that.

I received my order last friday with no wheel cleaner in the box :santa: guess santa was not in a giving mood that day
 
ya im cool without the gold bag. odd that norah go it though. I added a reminder on my order and they got the wheel cleaner with it. Just give them a shout and they will most likely fix it.

Both mine came with the gold bag...... I agree that people do make mistakes, however there are at minimum several people on here that didn't get the free stuff as advertised. Maybe I am expecting to much, but I would be having a serious talk with whomever is filling the orders because they are definitely not paying attention. Now its gonna cost even more than it originally would to ship out what should have been shipped in the first place. I am not saying they are not a top notch company but someone is definitely dropping the ball which in turn takes away from their bottom line

As budman3 mention on the thread above the pinnacle sale was for the Pinnacle Souveran wax and applicator without the gift box and bag. This is the best deal I have seen on this wax specially when is 2 for 1 and a additional 10% for dc members.

This is an outstanding service. I have not experianced this good a service with any other vendor.
 
I hate to say it...I have ordered from pinnacle.com twice and both orders have been screwed up....First, they forgot to include the free wheel cleaner so I called and let them know and also told them I had placed another order with them so they could include it with that order to save them shipping. In that order I was suppose to get 2 LC VC 7.5" pads but instead I received 2 6.5" wolfgang concourse pads. What gets me is they put a check mark by each item on the receipt as if someone actually verified it was correct......Good prices are useless if I have to wait 3 weeks to get what I originally ordered....Who actually runs the place? Pinnacle or Autogeek.....HIGHLY disappointed.... :censored:
