I'd agree. The owner actually has a M3 track car and a GTO as well so I think this is going to be his DD.

I thought the spots actually looked like the came from a touchless car wash. Up in MN anyway the wash bays tend to get a layer of moisture, mold, rust, and mildew growing on the walls in the winter and the door are always going up and down. When you drive the cars out water always drips down on the tops of the cars and if they are not wiped dry they will stain the paint. At least that was what I though of as soon as I saw them since they were so random.
