Pressure washer chemical injectors

is there any way to make my craftsman pressure washer that will only siphon soap in on low pressure, a high pressure foam machine. On my pressure washer when I switch from low to high pressure I get a brief spurt of super suds, that I would love to keep going, but something limits the craftsman from doing that.

I need high pressure foam.
