High Gloss Acrylic Shield is BACK!

Angelo,
How does this differ from the BF Spray Sealant?

Barry,

Good question. The difference in our three spray sealants is in the amount of the polymer we use and does it use Polycharger or not. We start out with Eimann Fabrik "Clear Pearl". It uses the same polymers as Blackfire Deep Gloss Spray, just less of them and no Polycharger. It is still a great economic spray sealant. I think it is about as good as any of the typical "spray waxes" on the market. It cost $12 a quart and is a bargain. The Eimann Fabrik "High Gloss Acrylic Shield" is the same formula we have sold for years under the "Purple Menzerna" labels. We have priced it aggressively at $10 for a 16 oz. bottle. I will still put it up against the vast majority of "boutique" spray waxes or sealants on the market and will not be embarrassed. It is still incredibly easy to apply and wipe off and has more of the same polymer as used in Clear Pearl but less than BF Deep Gloss Spray and still no Polycharger. For comparison a quart of it will cost $15. Blackfire "Deep Gloss Spray" is our finest spray sealant and still my personal favorite. I have tried most and still think it is the best. It contains more polymers than HGS and includes Polycharger for added durability. It runs $19 for 16 oz. and $28 for a quart. This represents a good, better, best selection for people. It allows customers to purchase at a price point that suites them. They always get, easy application, great looks, and super slickness, durability, just in varying degrees. If you want the look and protection of BF DGS, but do not want to pay $19, buy the EF HGS for $10. You won't be disappointed for the price. If you are using the product for detailing and need something more economic, buy the EF CP.
We will continue to address the Eimann Fabrik line of products. They have long been one of our great undiscovered jewels. We will next bring back FMJ under the Eimann Fabrik line. It looks like we can get out at $19.99 for 16 oz. which will make it a bargain.

Hope this helps.

After seeing this post i went and found a half a bottle of the old menzerna stuff that i forgot i had.I just had to try it again and it does make the red paint on my G turn a slight bit darker....sorry no pic's(i know..i know)

I have the Eimann Fabrik HGAS here with me and will be washing cars in the morning and using it on them. I like the slick finish it leaves behind.:wizard:

Hi Jack,

I am pretty new here so forgive me if these are questions previously answered. whebn you say,"The Eimann Fabrik"High Gloss Acrylic Shield" is the same formula we have sold for years under the "Purple Menzerna" labels. " Is Menzerna a PAC label? Not that it matters but I though it was a national brand? Why discontinue a built brand like Menzerna in favor of Eimann Fabrik if it the same product? I have used it and liked the products very much.

I am always looking for the best product and as a result, I have a garage full of 3/4 full products. I do alot of swapping so I can try even more stuff. I would just hate to have 2 bottles 3/4's full of the same stuff with a different label.

I just got my first package from PAC the Wheel Woolies and some 303 i decided to try. I now have some Black Fire sealant I am looking forward to trying. Angelo was very helpful in getting me what I needed.

have a good day!

Jeff

CMA/PAC was the first company to offer Menzerna products to the US consumer market, sometime in 2002, as much as six years before anybody else. At the time both Menzerna of Germany and Menzerna USA focused on the OEM (factory) market. The products had no consumer names nor did they have anything resembling a consumer label.

PAC was charged with creating a label (the infamous 'purple label'), auxiliary products (sealant, wash, soap, etc), and introducing the products to the US consumer market. As we solely built the Menzerna name in the consumer market other retailers eventually came on board; some even took shots at us and the official Menzerna products we were charged with creating in order to gain the market share we built.

As such we are product of the official products we made for Menzerna and feel it would be a waste to 'throw them away', so some will be wrapped into the Eimann Fabrik label. Same great product, new name....

I am always looking for the best product and as a result, I have a garage full of 3/4 full products. I do alot of swapping so I can try even more stuff. I would just hate to have 2 bottles 3/4's full of the same stuff with a different label.

If you have Menzerna Acrylic Shield, then you would have the same product as Eimann Fabrik High Gloss Acrylic Shield. When you run out of the Menzerna label you can find the same product under the Eimann Fabrik label (with the same name to avoid confusion). We know some would great a fake name, relabel it, and sell it as a completely different product, but that honestly is just not our style.

I just got my first package from PAC the Wheel Woolies and some 303 i decided to try. I now have some Black Fire sealant I am looking forward to trying. Angelo was very helpful in getting me what I needed.

have a good day!
