Thanks, CH! Looks like you will have no prob knocking out a JB BMW judging by your other work. I would say the 06 and 07 JB paint is a little softer than the 08 - 10. I would consider mine middle of the road. I had light swirls, and it polished out nicely with PC7424, orange CCS pad, and Menzerna SIP. It's pretty good paint to work with.
