Hi from Cambridge, UK

Welcome to DC! I was just in England a few months ago. It was only for one night though. I can see why everyone always talks about the fish and chips. Do you mind telling us about any previous detailing experience? What type of vehicle do you drive? I hope you enjoy your stay.

Ahhhh, fish n chips....:bigups

Currently drive a 'marine green' Nissan Micra SE. I'm a member on detailingworld over here in the UK.

Always on the look out for more tips, as in this game, you're always learning.

Hopefully, once it's all detailed, I'll post up some pics.

Yeah, I'm always learning as well and this is a great place to do so. I'm sure that you'll find the members here very helpful. Make sure you post up some pictures of the Micra. It's always nice to see vehicles that we don't get a chance to see over here.

Welcome Neil, ex-temporary Stratford boy here..I was there 3 years getting my degree. Boy, am I glad I made it out of East London alive .

Welcome to DC.

While I don't get much into the welcoming thing anymore, I had to comment on this thread.

Neilos in the UK, The Chee in S.E. Asia, and Audiboy in Arkansas all able to converse almost instantaneously and best of all, for free!
The wonder of the internet never ceases to amaze me. :)

I try not to bring up the fact that I'm located in Arkansas too much. I'm only stationed here. My allegiance is to the North!!!

Do you detail?
Pro or amateur?
What's your ride & product lines?

I'm Brenton from PEI, Canada. Welcome.

Hi Neilos
:howdy from the other side of the pond

I've checked out detailingworld and you guys seem to have some good talent over there.

Look forward to seeing pics of your Micra, I hope that you are a pro or weekend warrior so we can see some pics to what is offered on your side of the world.

Enjoy your stay

LOL, okay.

Here it is, my old car, a 2003 smart 4-2.

I saw a few of those Smarts while I was in Newfoundland. They definately look interesting. I'm just not sure I'd want to get into an accident with it.

Yeah I don't think a smart would hold up very well in an accident with something like a Hummer or an Excursion :scared:

Welcome aboard! My lady and I hope to visit your city come September. She is from Coventry originally but officially a "Yank" now. I look forward to visiting your country and she will be very glad to show off her homeland to me. I have seen a car like yours in my neck of the woods but with license plates from Mexico. By the way.......Mexico is just on the other side of town where I live.
