Hey Todd, used the BF metal sealant today...

On my chrome wheels, looks great. question: how often to reapply , and what exactly is this stuff?

Its an acrylic sealant that bonds to the metal and adds protection. you should reapply it every 4 months or when the water stops beading. To prolong the protection I would only clean it with some waterless wash or another less chemically abrasive product.

^ Great answer. It is a combination of acrylic and wet diamond polymers, design for metal surfaces.
 
Or, apply opti-coat and be done with it. :)

If I had a car that pretty, I would find every excuse possible to wax the wheels, polish the exhausts, detail the engine, etc. :D

He found something he likes, and I'm willing to bet he'll use it often. :rockon
