Hey Guys!

Just signed up, glad to be a part of this. I see that my co-host Bruno beat me to it though, it's always a race with him! I've been working with Autogeek now for about 6 months as the "National Spokesperson" shooting a bunch of commercials and attending detailfest, etc. I'm very happy and proud to be a part of the team.

In addition to this, I host Truck U on SPEED with Bruno, and I also have a company called Trucks Gone Wild. I'm all over the country this year with Trucks Gone Wild so if you're ever at an event, please stop by and say hi! You can check out the 2011 Tour of Destruction at TRUCKSGONEWILD.COM . We're off to Louisiana this weekend so I'll check back with you guys soon.

Hey Matt! Thanks for coming by and joining our forum. It was a real pleasure meeting you.

Good luck on the Tour! Really looking forward to seeing some of the footage from it.

Welcome great meeting you at DF :welcome:

Kinda weird meeting somebody you watch on TV :dance1

Welcome to you and Truck U. Hate to say it, but I had no idea who or what Truck U is. Not a cable subscriber but it appears that you do have some subset of videos on the site.

Aww, Pockets is starstruck :lol2:

The only time it's weird meeting or interacting with TV people is when they're major jerks or divas off-camera -- I don't get that impression from Matt or Bruno. Those two seem like fairly normal down-to-earth guys from everything I've heard and seen/read on forums (OK, maybe "fairly normal" is a stretch... but that sentiment applies to ALL of us!)

Same with a couple other "TV people" I have been in contact with -- one more from the automotive world in particular being Kevin Tetz of TRUCKS! TV (SpikeTV Powerblock). He's been a great source of paint and body information, and is awesome to deal with.

I agree 100%. If had opportunities to meet other TV Personalities and other misc celebrities (included pro sports stars). Lots of them are surprisingly humble, but you'll always get your fair share of over egos.

Matt and Bruno are genuinely stand up guys. I had an opportunity to talk to Matt while he had some downtime at Detail Fest. He explained how he got involved with the TV scene and just talked about other car related stuff. Same with Bruno, he had a great sense of humor as I kept asking him when he'd let me take the dragster out :D (the turbo on that thing is the size of my torso!). All in all, great guys, pleasure to be around.

Hey Guys!

Thanks for the kind words! I just got back from Louisiana and it was a crazy weekend. Let just say that there will be a ton of people needing to clean there vehicles very soon if they haven't already done so.

On another note, it was great meeting a bunch of you at Detailfest and last year at SEMA too. Bruno and I will be back at SEMA again this year and I'm sure we'll bump into a few of you guys.
