I think you were right about the cafinated coffee stain vs. decafinated stain.



Ran into a situation today where I used the secret stuff, and the stain did not come all the way out. I know it worked on a different type of coffee stain so I think it was because of the type of coffee. I haven't spoke with the customer yet to find out, but I think you were right.

Well heat plays a large part.



I allways ask what kind and how hot.



now if you want to go a step further. Try that USR i mentioned a while back. spritz that on or squeeze it on via squeeze tube/ketchup bottle. Make it damp not soaking wet. (wear gloves 45% hydrogen peroxide stings like 1000000000 bees) cover with a clean piece of clear plastic (no dyes or writing on it). Let it sit for 2 hours and then remove plastic and dry as normal.



This process in many cases can take a 75% removed stain to 80-100% .... not allways mind you but it's a spray and sit so... it's usually worth doing.
