help with zaino zcs

hey guys i did a seach but i couldent find the ansewer i needed.



when i go to use the zcs it will allways leave a haze no matter how much or how little to use.

i follow the directions and i still cant get it right.

i tryed uesing a new foam aplicator and i also tryed the zaino mf pad that comes in there kits and i still cant get it right.

whats the trick?

i never had a hard time with any of the other zaino products.
 
My guess would be that you are either using too much or applying ZCS right after Z8.



If you apply it a little on the heavy side and its humid or cool out, it will take longer to disappear into the paint on its own.



How long after you apply is it still visible?

I dont find it difficult to use at all.
 
even if i would use say 1 spray on a rear quarter of my black e500 and quickly rub it in it will still leave a haze or resedue even after a few hours its still there.

it will come off if i just go over it with a mf towel tho so it comes off with out useing a qd spray(which i allways use anyway) so i guess thats just the way it is because i have tryed every method i can think of.
 
Are you applying it right after polishing? If so, there could be some polish residue that wasn't completely wiped off.
 
I had issues using Z-CS when I used a microfiber applicator. I have much better luck using a microfiber towel. I prime the towel with one spray and then use one sweeping spray for a 2 square foot section of a panel. I haven't had any hazing issues with this method. On a side note - Z8 should be the last thing that goes on. It should not go on before Z-CS. Z-8 is a bling product that does not last long, but gives extra shine and gloss when it is most needed.
 
I find using CS with a foam applicator works best. CS will streak when it contacts water so make sure the car is completely dry. The neat thing about Zaino is that any streaking will just disappear as the product cures.
 
I recently used Zaino Z-CS on top of 1 layer of Z-AIO, 1 layer of Z-5pro, and 1 layer of Z-2 pro. The Z-CS does streak pretty badly after application and required a final step of wipe down with Z-8 grand finale spray. Doing all these layers of Zaino application is very exhausting. Is Z-CS worth the hassle and its price? It seems like I can attain the same level of shine with just 1 layer of Z-2.

3 layers of Zaino per day max. Anymore and you suffer from overload and streaking will occur.

ROTFLMAO- a carnauba wax is better than a synthetic sealant? Better go back to chemistry class:laugh:
 
So you are saying that because Zaino "may" be more durable than the Autoglym that makes it better?



People base their opinions on products on more than just durability.

Ummmmm, ya, cause if the product ain't durable it isn't on the paint looking good or protecting:geez

Then please explain to me how any product(not specifically Autoglym) that lacks

durability protects the paint and please explain to me how a product that lacks durability provides UV protection. I really need the education:hmph:
