Help with old Porsche leather

Hi All,

I recently picked up a 1989 Porsche 911. The leather seats are fairly dry and worn looking. I went about my usual routine of using Zaino cleaner and Leather Masters conditioner but while using those products the black color was coming off on my applicators. I didn't want to rub too much for fear of wearing through the dye. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tackle these seats and bring back some luster?

Thanks

Do a quick search on Leatherique here on the forums. I've used it for years and it's one of the best for reconditioning leather products new to very old I've seen.

There was a thread about it just recently

That may have just been dirt you were removing. The only way you could be removing dye is if someone re-dyed the seats

How many miles? Got any pics? I love the 911 - ANY YEAR !!
