And also, can you provide us with your info that your company uses to test leather care products in real world situations that detailers and car care enthusiasts can benefit from?

Not saying the coating on a leather seat - if there is one - will always break in. Just that after years of stress and wear, it may be easier for a leather conditioner to penetrate. We have been in business for over 25 years and this is what we've found. But I am sorry, we did not intend to violate your rules. Just wanted to help a customer who seemed to have questions! We will refrain from posting further - certainly don't want to come across as spam.
