Once I refill my bank account after a disasterous February, I'll be looking for help too. Hard to find in this business though. Most people only want a paycheck and don't share in the passion required to be a good detailer.

I would be, but I live near Shreveport, Louisiana. Judging by a lot of the cars I see on the road, there aren't too many true detailers around here.

Jimamary, for once I wish i lived in Indianapolis so I could work for you.. Haha, just kidding, about Indianaplis that is, i've never been there.. I think any place is better than Jersey. My car was stolen, i'm just sore about it. Anyway, good luck with finding some quality help.
