Help! Upcoming Detail

I have a guy who would like me to detail his Supra. Its black and the paint is kind of beat up with swirls, scratches, etc. I was looking into using the Poorboys line up for the first time and was wondering what kind of pads should be used with the appropriate ssr polishes. Im using a Makita variable speed rotary btw. Thanks for your HELP!
 
start with least aggressive pad. step up product and pad as needed. Chances are your will go with an orange pad and SSR 2 or 2.5 for the swirls and scratches and white pad and SSR 1 to finish. I'm using LC pads as examples...
