Help me with the ONR Math

The new bottles have a different QD dilution ratio than the old ones. 8 oz vs the older 6 oz. Do not know why they changed it, but I cant see anything wrong with using 6 oz or 8 oz per gallon.

haha no but i do use that for other mix's, hehe, I just use a small 8 oz measuring cup that I use for all my detailing chems.

ABQDetailer- Uhm, yeah, but not in the shop ;)

agpatel- Heh heh, I'm not gonna worry about my QD mix being off by .12 oz.

[As an aside, you didn't really think I needed that explained to me did you? My students woulda found that pretty amusing :chuckle: I realize I brought this on myself by never paying close attention to the wording on the ONR bottle :o ]

Fortunately, all the chemicals I use that *do* require precise dilution have the proper mix specified the other way (either "to make one gallon" or in a x:y ratio).

haha, didnt really do it to explain it to you accumulator, just in case anyone wanted to do it for different volume or if anyone saw this and was just wondering.
