Help me find this kind of license plate frame.

I am looking for a frame that covers the top part of the plate (california) but shows the number and also the corners with the tags. I have looked at some local places like autozone and kragen but no dice ( even though the neon light frames looked real nice :rolleyes: ). Anyone know where I could pick these up online or off?



My cousin told me about this kind of license plate frame, can anyone confirm that they exist?
