Help choosing wireless router

I am looking for wireless capability for my employer's summer home. He has a tower computer and now wants to be able to add his laptop to the Internet wirelessly. He also rents out his home when not there and would like his renters to be able to use their laptops.

He wants the best wirleless router, with the best range, compatible with all frequencies that is easy to set up.

It doesn't need to be fancy. Money isn't an issue. Anyone have suggestions, links?

Thanks

well my SRX400 is a great router. However it's a G router. Haven't looked much into the N routers yet (haven't had much of a need to yet) But I would think any reputiable N brand router would be more than enough for what he's looking for.

We've had a couple of Linksys wireless routers. The first died, the second going strong.

IME, range isn't really an issue with most of these devices.

Something like this should be just fine:

Linksys by Cisco Wireless-N Gigabit Router WRT310N

GigE for anything connected via wire (his tower), and Wireless N for anything over the air. Fast, and clean. Linksys also have good basic features and a nice GUI.

I've got a couple and recommend them to friends. (Note that I am a govt. computer geek by day)

Thanks for the recommendation. I read that this router runs extremely hot, dangerously hot. Maybe this can be a concern if he leaves it plugged in for months at a time unattended?

What about the D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router
