Help bring the Range Rover back

What Mequires products should be used from start to finish to get the best shine possible out of my Range Rover?



It's a 1998 with clear coat (sorry I know thats a given)



It looks like it has alot of circular scratches

I have a Dewalt buffer....i have only "polishing" pads, went to NAPA they only had wool pads and i've read they can not be used on clear coat...



So either or



by machine would probably be best
