Hello Everyone,
My name is Jason. I'm 30 and born and raised in Sacramento, California. My interest in detailing started a long time back when i was a kid. I loved to have my bicycle as clean and shiny as possible. I used to wash and wax my bicycle constantly. I loved trying to make the paint look deeper and deeper. I even used to wax the red snapper lawnmower my dad had. I just love to make things shine. Still to this day i wash and wax my bicycle on a regular basis. My co workers see me working on my bicycle and they think i'm crazy to spend so much time on a bicycle. To them it's just a "bike". In my mid to late teens i started detailing cars with my brother. We love working on cars together. I've been working in the carwash/detailing industry for ten years now. Currently i work in the detail department at my local car wash. I was introduced to Autopia by a co worker. I enjoy reading the various posts and learning new things although sometimes i don't know what some of the abbreviations mean. I hope to figure more of them out in the near future. I look forward to learning from everyone here!!
