Hello everyone,

I've been lurking around here for a bit trying to learn as much as I can. I've recently purchased a new vehicle and want to learn the best way on keeping it looking new before it comes in, inside and out, as I haven't yet taken delivery. So far from my experience with car care products, what I've read so far here there are some things I'm doing right, but I'm learning a ton of new information already. I have a bunch of questions that I've been trying to answer through the search. So much info here.

Before they deliver the vehicle call the dealer and inform them not to touch the vehicle. Don't wash it, don't wipe it down, don't do anything. A lot of dealers around me will take a new car and put it through their wash bay and swirl the heck out of it. I was a porter at one myself and believe me, they are far from gentle
 
Wow, thanks for the warm welcome. Seems like a really great site. I enjoy spending time here and feel better knowing there are others that are as passionate about keeping their vehicles clean as much as I do.
