Hi. I'm Joe Gagliano in Western NY. I'm 21 years old and this is my fifth year detailing and by no means do I consider myself a pro yet. There is still a ton of information to learn. However I am good at what I do, I'm working on getting my business going and am still growing my customer base. Started off using walmart products 
then found a wonderful facebook page that grew my interests and my products. Since them I'm only buying professional products and loving detailing even more. A youngster today, a pro tomorrow. Proud to be a member of this forum.:autopia:
