hey there, my name is jessica and i am addicted to my car:werd:

welp i been working on my mazda for about 5 years now, just this summer i finally finished the body work and was able to toss some paint on her finally. since this year we had a very hot summer im a little late to wet sanding and buffing but i'm just now starting to do it!

i been threw some trials and errors already but i worked out the sanding marks with a rotary buffer, moving on to a DA now to work out holograms and maring from the rotary tool

used a friends flex with 105 and the purple wool/foam LC pad and paint looks great, really doesnt even need 205

black friday i got alot of goodies that should be here by next friday, cant wait!

Welcome! Thats a nice FC! Although I like what's peeking through the bumper cover more, what do you have under the hood, 13B?

picture was taken before i started detailing so its a bit messy, took picture of new carbon fiber piece

we did a turbo engine swap, trani swap, drive shaft, rear end and axle swap with breaks and 5 lug hub swap.

turbo engine and non turbo engine have different parts to them, to turbo an rx7 you MUST remove non turbo engine and replace it.

i have a t3/t4 turbonetic high flow turbo, racing beat REV II exhaust system, Rtek 2.1 programable ecu/datalog system. custom front mount intercooler,

i dont have much to spend on my car, its a hobby, im not dumping loads of money, every part i have was used or rebuilt(with exception of custom intercooler piping) rims are what they are. aint going to get any better unfortunatly unless i strike the loto or i find some WORK rims on craigslist for 300$ with tires LOL!!!

i think i have spent 4,000$ on this car over the last 5 years. if you ask me thats a huge acomplishment considering the restoration that went into this beast

ok i posted a thread , or at least i thought i did, why didnt it post up yet? apprently i need a post count of about 10 to be able to make a new thread or something? but why hadnt my most recent thread posted yet.......

who's an admin around here. i'd like to know why my thread isnt up yet!

Good job on the car, but you need to post more pics of the body and paint! I always like to see projects in the beginning, middle and end. I'm sure you'll find a lot of info on the wet sanding process and whatever you need help on just ask! I think it's around 10 posts till you can make a thread in the other forums. The first 10 usually go fast when responding to your intro and little comments on eye catching threads.
