Good afternoon everyone. I'm Kevin and this is my first time on this site. A little about myself. I'm 33 married with a newborn. I'm a career Firefighter in Maryland. When i was younger, I got my AAS degree in culinary arts and was a Chef for 13 years. After discovering I wanted to pursue the family business of being a Firefighter, I quit cooking and really worked on getting in shape. Its at that time I decided to work as an automotive detailer for a Car audio/video shop in Elkridge, MD. I was always good at cleaning cars but not as good as I thought once i started my training. I loved every minute of being a detailer. The hours were flexible enough that i was able to dedicate alot of time into getting in shape. I do miss detailing and maybe one day when lifes not as hectic, I would love to do it again part time.

I might not be as experienced as alot of others on here but I'm willing to soak up knowledge and pass on what i have learned.

Welcome to AF Kevin.I have several friends that are firefighters and I considered becoming one for a while. They all really love their job. Enjoy your time here and if you have any questions feel free to ask. There some very talented Detailers on the forum

Welcome this site is a great place to learn and improve as a detailer. Were not all pros but most are. I myself do this as a hobby it all started once I got a black car.
