Well I've been lurking for awhile and I guess its no time to introduce and say hello.
To begin, I've worked on vehicles for what feels like my entire life (all 28 yrs of it). I spent 3 years as a professional technician, bumper to bumper, for BMW (cut my teeth on E46's and E38's and beat my head on E65's when they came out). I then moved and spent about 3 years as a GM driveability technician with the occasional Mitsubishi thrown in.
I have always taken good came of my vehicle's both aesthetically and mechanically. Now, although not employed as a tech, I still do frequent jobs for family and friends (and their friends). I have also detailed a few vehicles and am not completely uninitiated to paint care.
I have joind this forum to learn new skill and to, eventually, purchase a DA so that I can begin to do some small paint corrections that my Tahoe is in desprate need of.
