How often do you guys wash your towels?? I have been washing them every time I use them. I soak them in a bucket with Dawn and then rinse them and let air dry. I was thinking that I might be washing them too much..:scared
 
I wash mine just like you are.



My first MF's from CMA I washed with a bunch on 100% cotton towels. I will never make that mistake again.



My new batch of MF's are from Yosteve, they are real nice!!!!

I wash them every time I use them unless they are my designated interior dusting towels, which don't get washed quite as much.



Any time a towel touches something that isn't perfectly clean it gets washed . . . I keep different colored towels in different ziplock bags (100% dry) for different uses i.e. I don't buff out KSG with towels that have been used to QD a car that isn't clean.



Any towel that gets dropped is washed very thoroughly and inspected, then washed a couple more times and not used for buffing or rubbing any more.



Did I mention that I like microfiber?
 
I also wash my MF's every time I use one except for window cleaning. I wash my yellow Viper window towel every 5-6 times I clean my glass. I only use the Viper on interior glass unless the exterior is 90% clean; I usually clean the exterior glass with poly towels first then clean again with the Viper. The final cleaning of exterior glass is with Autoglym glass polish and that gets removed with a different MF. So the windshield gets 3 cleanings minimum (one interior and two exterior) using 2 different MF towels.
