Heaviest cut with PC

I have found the opposite, but everyone has an opinion I guess. If you have bad swirls, I would not be scared to try ssr3.
Just by putting a little bit of both products on your fingers - you will clearly feel that there is a huge difference between the 2 of them.

I will order some SSR3 when it becomes available. I suppose I'll try SSR2.5 with a yellow pad first. I will be at my parents house tonite, so I may try to take pics. Hard to get them on that white though.

Thanks guys :wait

how much ssr 3 do you need? I have over a gallon here I can sell you some.

I guess I'd better clarify a bit. :D

I didn't go through the cc/bc/primer in one rub. This happened over the course of multiple applications. I mistook the dullness of the bc for haze from the SSR3.

I have also used SSR3 with a pc on crappy paint and gotten good results. I just went over it only once in that instance, but used a machine, and I didn't go through the paint.

I didn't mean to scare anybody, just illustrating the potency of SSR3.

Could be true but ssr3 seems like it breaks down quick too. PG does not break down quickly. Again, JMO :hippi

Hi everyone, this is the first time I am posting here. I am also having swirl problem on my car and I used 3M PI3 RC with the 3M compounding foam pad on an random orbit polisher. But I have to go a few rounds on the same spot to remove only partial of the swirl.

I thought 3M PI3 RC is pretty aggrasive but it does not seem to be working fast enough. Could it be the pad is not aggrasive enough ?
