HD backing plate for HD turkish lambswool pads...

As the title states... does HD make a bp for their lambswool pads?  I see them mentioned on HD's site when you are viewing the lambswool pads... but I can't find them?


 


I'm using a buff & shine 5" bp and man, oh man, does it suck to detach them after use!

Pretty much all the plates are the same in regards to hook & loop backing. And I totally know what your talking about regarding how difficult it is to remove. I actually notice that when the pad is hot, it sticks even better. :(  I guess it's better to be safe then sorry.  :wacko:   I would just really try your best at grabbing them as close to the edge as possible to avoid possible delam issues.

Thanks for the info... yeah, when they are hot it's double the fun... I'm almost tempted to reach for a flat-headed screwdriver to pry the edge off of the plate... but I don't.


 


Oh well.
