Just One More Coat
The clear coat on both those car will be about the same, that said lighter colors are very forgiving to marring meaning it doesn't show as much as that black would. I love jet black but the next car I buy will be a lighter colored car just because of the work in keeping it clean the way I like it...a saying I read on her sometime back was..."Black is not a color it's job" a truer statement couldn't be made

Both will likely be hard, although it doesn't really matter. When correcting, perform a test spot to determine the products and techniques needed to correct that particular paint and its defects. When washing, always do you best to avoid damaging the finish.
