Hi, how can i remove my hash marks without harming my paint? Its a 3in X 12in strip across both front quarters. They are not solid anymore,its cracked into seperate pieces like cracked hardened mud. If i heat it i wont be able to peel because its so fragmented. How can i get this off?? thx :nixweiss

Try using a plastic spatula; slide the tongue between the 3� strip and the paint. Lift carefully to separate the strip from the vehicle and apply 3M (or similar) adhesive remover. Be careful not to damage the paint. Once started, insert dental floss or fishing line, use in a loop between the paint and the strip, heat with a hair-dryer and you should be able to remove it by pulling on the loop while applying heat
