hard water stains

how do you guys deal with hard water spots? it's almost impossible for me to wash the car at home and have it turn out looking nice with hard water spots?
 
If you're having trouble try the two bucket method. Wash one panel at a time and immediately dry it after the "rinse" wipe.
 
Unless you're washing your car in the sun I would think you could dry it before it spotted. I always keep re-rinsing body panels when washing to keep them from drying.



You could also try using ONR...... since you're only washing and drying one panel at a time it should be a lot easier to prevent spotting. The following thread (in post three) has a link to a video on how to use it:

With ONR you could even use distilled water to totally eliminate any chance of spotting since you'll only be using between 2-4 gallons.
