Hand Wax ?

What is the best way to hand wax .......up and down ( not in circles) or left to right in circles like scales on a snake. I know don't be cheap and buy a buffer.... what is the best buffer for a rookie, and some good wax. have a black Nissan titan .

Up, down, left right, it doesnt really matter. I'd refrain from applying in circles, tho, as even waxing can sometimes marr paint, and I dont know how soft Nissan black is. And its alot harder to regulate your hand pressure then a machine.



I still apply wax by hand tho. It takes longer, and its a little harder to get even coverage, but I enjoy it more this way. Use straight motions, apply as thin as possible, and kncok down any excess wax.
