Hand Pump Pressure Sprayer?

Is something like this: Amazon.com: Solo 1-Liter Piston Pump One-Hand Pressure Sprayer 418: Patio, Lawn & Garden good for pre-soaking a panel (i.e. with QD strength ONR before I ONR that panel)?



Or is there not much advantage vs. a plain old spray bottle?



Also, are there any other recommended detailing uses for a hand pump sprayer?

I use the other style pump sprayer with the extended sprayer. I use it for presoaks when I do ONR washes in the garage in the winter. I also use it with water if I am cleaning small crevices with an APC and need to flush them out without getting the whole panel wet.

Same here...the ones made for weed-killer/etc. that hold a gallon or two and have the nozzle on a long wand. I have one of those small ones (different brand though) and it basically just sits on the shelf.

I have one similar to the one at the link you provided; I got it at lowes.

Works great for pre-soaking a panel for ONR.

I got it becuase I did not want to keep squeezing the trigger on a sprayer bottle; the pump sprayer is much easier on the hands.

Ditto here - I have them for ONR washes. With the winter I might have to start doing more of those .
