Gyeon Eco Wash

Recently applied Gyeon CanCoat and wanted to try a new rinseless wash. I’ve been using Mckee’s N-914, original and version 2 and been very pleased.
Read many positives on Eco Wash and it didn't disappoint. Mixed very easily and did a very good job removing dirt. It leaves a real nice shiny and glass like finish.
Very happy so far and looking forward to seeing how it handles a New England winter.

I have been hearing good things about Eco Wash...did it stain your wash media?

Just to clarify, some people think when I ask if a rinseless stains the wash media, they think I am talking about the product itself doing the staining. I'm talking about the rinseless causing the dirt to cling to the wash media and not release. QEW was like this, ONR is like this, Idrosave is like this. You do one pass, you see the dirt on your wash media, you go to your rinse bucket, and afterwards the dirt is still on the media, so then you can't see how much dirt is coming off for the rest of your wash.

I'm not saying the actual "dirt" is still on the media, but the gray/black staining from it is. I typically use MF wash pads like "The Bone", actually my favorite is the old Meguiar's quick detailing sponge, which is like The Bone but with a softer sponge, these were circa 2004 and I got a bunch of them at Big Lots. Like most microfiber, they last forever, although the sponge breaks down some, which actually makes them better for rinseless washing.

This might be ok if the staining came out in the laundry, but it doesn't unless you pre-soak with something like OPC. Other washes I've used, like DG, WG Uber, Ech2O, don't do this (I think that's right about Ech2O...).

Not anything I noticed. I’m using McKee’s Big Gold Sponge and The Rag Company’s Ultra Safe Sponge. I do wash my rinseless sponges after 2 or 3 uses with a load of towels in a delicates bag using 3D’s Towel Kleen.

I had no idea Geyon released a waterless wash, I gotta try this. And unless my So Cal public school math is messing with me, this actually seems like a pretty good deal considering it's Gyeon.
