Guess The Cost to Repair This Bentley?

Looked at this car today at the Bentley Body Shop and I laughed when I saw their estimate. They said to call the owner (claimant) if any of their charges were not going to be authorized. Damage consists of a small dent on the left 1/4, a scratch throught the clear on the LR wheel and a tiny chip on the front edge of the rear bumper.

excluding the wheel the repair it self isn't that bad. the problem itself is gonna be on whether or not the can match paint. If not there gonna have to do some blending into left rear doorwhich means to panels are gonna need refinished.

Ill say about 3000 a panel plus a grand for a new wheel 4300

I'm gonna go with 17.5k

I know it cost my dad's boss something like 20k to have the front bumper on his SL55 AMG replaced.

I'm going to go in the 10k range as well. I'd try dent removal and having the wheel re-finished first if it was mine.

15k is my estimate. I know those stock wheels aren't cheap. One of my customers has a Flying Spur and I think he said the stock wheels are something like 3k each.

Were they going to straighten the quarter of replace it? Big cost difference depending on what they do. I have no idea on the cost for a new wheel...

Fixing the quarter, and blending into adjacent panels I'd say $3500-4000 + $1000 for a new wheel.

So $4500-5000

New quarter would probably put it closer to $15,000...just guessing. I can't imagine they wouldn't just straighten that...

How are you guys calculating these figures? I'll give you some hints. The shop labor rate is $95/hr, there's $900 in paint materials, the wheel is $1500 and the alignment is $450. The 1/4 is steel (not alloy) and the dent is a little larger than a soft ball (and can almost be PDR'd if it wasn't on a body line).
