I haven't used the stuff but here is what the Meguiar's website says about it.

The AIO is purposefully designed to work well in conjunction with SG. I'm all for experimenting but for prepping for SG I'd stick with the AIO. just my .02 of course

I have Medaliion Cleaner and its great ...but i have SMR and Fine Cut........ and if not so severe....... Body Scrub paint cleaner is cheaper and does a good job..
