GSRstilez's Mid-Summer Integra Photoshoot

I realized that I have very very few pictures of my car with the new wheels on it, so after cleaning her up, I figured I'd find a location and take some shots. The sun was in and out so no "real" detailing shots, just more showing off the body/mods. On the paint,

-Poorboy's PwC Blue

-Poorboy's Natty's Blue x 2

-Clearkote's Carnauba Moose Wax

-Touch ups with Optimum Car Wax

-Poorboy's Wheel Sealant x 2 on the wheels

-Optimum's Tire Dressing on the tires

-Meguiar's Hyper Dressing cut 3:1 in wells

-All metal polished with Flitz

-Headlights polished with Menzerna Powergloss, then Final Polish, then sealed with Poorboy's EX-P+

very nice. you've got a heck of a drop on that thing. I suspect scrapping is a problem? Have you ever thought of removing the bar in the front bumper? A friend of mine has a turbo 00 gsr and he removed his front bar to allow for more IC airflow. With his type-r lip and the new arctic blue pearl (05 rsx blue) paintjob he has on it, it looks amazing. Besides, you would be able to see your vanity plate better :D

Thank you :D.

neothin: I take every entrance and exit at an extreme angle. I've become very good not to scrape, but a lot of practice got me there. On my winter bumper I have the bar removed. I kinda like the difference between the two as it gives me something to desire once I put the other on. I had all of the license plate hardware cut out when painted so I'm happy with that.

Gary: Yeah, I was happy getting that exhaust. It's one of the more pricier ones for my vehicle, but the sound is great and the tip is OEM size.

RRacer: I'll try to get a shot tomorrow as its all dusty now. I need to give it some TLC.

Next to black, red is my favorite color for showing off detailing skills. Nice carnauba build-up you have there, sort of what I do all summer. Just layer on different carnaubas every few weeks. It may obscure the mirror reflections a touch but the depth is worth it to me. :)

Didn't even know you have CMW in your arsenal, how do you like it?

We finally have the right smilie icon (thanks David) for me to respond to one of your Integra threads....

Thanks.

Scott: I hated it the other day...100% humidity and it just grabbed the panel bad. The look was good but the slickness was not. However, let it sit over night and the humidity diminished, it was great. Awesome depth and wetness and a smooth surface. I used it once before on Liz's Integra and loved it. I just don't think it likes 100% humidity...I don't blame it.
