edschwab1- I use Griot's pads on the PC, but I've only used TOL's pads on my Cyclo (so I'm not sure I should compare those).
Like dboat and BradNC, I like the Griot's pads, but for me they won't quite do it all. The orange one is a little firmer/more aggressive than the Lake white pad, but not enough to be a problem (no marring). It's a good, all around pad. It is NOT, however, aggressive enough to (easily) correct scratches, etc. For that I stick with a cutting pad (Lake yellow, Meg maroon). Griot's Red pad is a nice, soft, finishing pad. Not quite as soft as the Lake black/dark gray, but certainly soft enough for the final product application (it feels a lot like the tan Meg pad to me). It SEEMS to last longer/wear better than the Lake pad. Good velcro adhesive on the Griot's pads, too.
