Greg Cavi's New Site

Your site looks really good, 2 thumbs up.

One thing i would change though(ive owned a business for 10 years, not detailing, but..), where it says "You will find that our prices are not as high as our competitors because we want to give our customers the highest quality job, without having to charge such high prices."

I personally would change it to say something like this:

You will find that our prices are very competitive....

Then something about standing behind your work.

Reason is, you are openly advertising that you will undercut the competition. You may or may not ever meet someone else in the business, but people might talk crap about it.

Second, it leads the customer to believe that you will go the extra mile, for less. That, to me, has a hint of desperation.

One thing i have learned is never let the customer know how bad you want the work or job. I have been so nervous, but controled my breathing, and relaxed, and acted like if i didnt get it, i had a 100 more jobs to do, oh well.

For me it works. It keeps you in control of the agreement. They want you, for you, not 100% based on your price.

You don't offer a Sealant?!?!?!?

Just messing a little bit, nice site.

But seriously, a sealant might be a good upsell.

not to rub it in...or anything....but i got a 60 out of 60...hahah

JK man....urs was just as good.....

Pappy: LOL

tubafreak: what do you think the upsale of a sealant should be. Whatever i do i dont want to make the sealent sound like a woner product that lasts forever. So instead of a carnauba maybe add 10 bucks for a 3 month sealant?

Yeah, something simple like that. Just explain to the customer what benefits the sealant will give and how it will look on the car. 10 bucks sounds about right, just be sure that they know all of the pros and cons so they don't feel like they're being had.
