What’s up everyone! I’m new to the forum and pretty novice when it comes to detailing. I recently sold my motorcycle (kid due in June). Given this, I’m looking to jump into detailing to replace my motorcycling hobby. I just recently found out I shouldn’t be using a shammy to dry my Jeep so it’s obvious how much of a beginner I am

I placed an order for the 14 piece arsenal builder and a Wooly Mammoth microfiber drying towel from Chemical Guys. I’m looking forward to learning from from y’all!

Of course here’s a shot of my 2018 Grand Cherokee.

Welcome, swanny06 !

That is one beautiful Grand Cherokee !

I also have one; a purchased new 2009 Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4 Hemi in black.. The last of the old Jeep body style..

Welcome to the club. Good looking ride..... good hobby to take up time and money.... not as much as your bike though

Welcome! Nice Jeep. I got started in “good detailing habits” when my son was due, it literally started with me wanting to totally clean the interiors so he could start life in clean, well-kept vehicles. Now he expects to see me in the garage or driveway regularly and happily stares at himself in the reflections.

Thank you! I just picked it up 2 weeks ago. I’m loving it so far. I’m really hoping I can do the same thing with my daughter and it teaches her to take pride in her own belongings later down the road.
