Hey all, new guy here. I've been reading the forum for the past hour or so and decided to join. I just got a DeWalt 849 for christmas and still have to get a few odds and ends for it. I learned how to buff on the 849 at my previous job so I'm pretty comfortable with it, however I was not trained very well IMO in proper buffing techniques. We used Presta Strata products however I personally was less than impressed with the finished product. I am in the process of ordering some 8" Edge foam pads (Yellow and Green). As for my cut and polish I am a little unsure. I've read on here about the Dual Action Cleaner Polish being a good choice for PCs, but I'm looking for something thats good for removing 1500-2000 grit wet sanding. My 17 year old Nissan sitting in the driveway will be my guinea pig for practicing my buffing since I am not too concerned with its paint. Its black, oxidized, faded, and scratched to all hell so it should be interesting. I'm not new to forums so I knew to search however any tips/advice/threads to help point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys/gals

Greetings! Looking forward to getting some buffing done once I think we're outta this crazy nor easter weather.
