I have NO idea... but judging by countless other dump truck wrecks, too fast around turn, load shifts, truck tips over and the driver is surprised. Where I live, over 50%, that's right, more than half of the pulled over dump truck drivers had equipment violations. If I recall correctly, about 1/2 of those don't even have the correct license to operate them.
