Today was the Corvette show at Bill Kay Chevy, sponsored by the Windy City Corvette Club and they gave away a 2006 Corevtte. All year they sold 1499 raffle tickets at $50 a pop and collected $75,000. Enough to buy the car valued at $65,000 and the rest they gave to charity. I set up a booth there and for the first time I used my speaker amp box. I was right where people were coming into the show and I did pretty well talking up detailing tips to the folks who entered. I must of been convincing because I sold almost $900 of detailing supplies. ( I had to call up my wife and ask her to bring me more supplies after the first hour) That should convince anyone here to get into the selling end of the business. Got some solid interest from people I met that want to get their car detailed as well. I really love doing this stuff. Gary :xyxthumbs
