Got another tricky one! HELLPPP!

Hmmm..Ive got a soft paint job coming up and all I have is 85RD and 106ff...Im getting about as nervous as a cup of coffee. Thanks SuperBee
 
I have the UK 6" UF blue pad, and I really like it when combined with UF. I also own an Acura with NBP...this combo definitely does a great job of finishing down this soft paint.
 
PrsidntalDetl, let me know if you'd like to borrow my PC if you go that route. I'm right in Citrus Park and could drop it off to you. I have a complete inventory of pads too.
 
Supe, a friend has a NBP CR-V which is a nightmare to finish - it will be the perfect test bed.



I have to check the availability of the PO87MC, but I'm afraid that only the PO85U is to get here. Let's see...



Menzerna makes some weird stuff, for example for the Japo market. Those polishes have the same abrasive package, but thinner than the usual polishes and compounds. And I asked because some US product names are different from the EU ones.

I was actually trying to find your info again, but no luck. I ran out of time with the car anyways, and just ordered uk 3m UF and uk 3m finishing pads. Im actually up in Holiday now though off of Grand Blvd! haha! Am i closer now or further? :D

If your 85U is like ours, it's nothing like 87MC. It has more cut and less gloss than 106.

when i did a nhpb civic not to long ago, i also finished off with the US UF with a blue pad and knocked out the swirls. hope it works out for ya
