My neighbor was outside early this evening and asked "What do you do to your car that makes it look clean even though I know you were out driving in the rain today?"
I hadn't really looked at my car since early in the afternoon when it was still raining lightly. I looked again, and other than some light splashes on the lower part of the body panels, it looked almost like I'd just washed it!
All I had to do is QD it and my car was nice and clean again....unfortunately, the hail dents were still visible. 
Anyway, after I told my neighbor that I just regularly wax my car (he is well aware of what I do for a living), he said he may just have to get me to clean his.
