Gorilla Glue Rocks!!!!!

I had about 8 pads where the backing was coming apart and I tried about every glue and adhesive around. Some one told me about Gorilla Glue, found it in a hardware store and picked some up. Well, its been a month now and all the felt backing on my pads are on to stay. Here is a tip, when you apply the glue on the section coming apart, make sure you put a weight on it to hold it over night. It expands so its best to weight it down. the stuff works....Happy! :getdown

Just a tip regarding Gorilla Glue (and probably a reasonable practice for any of these glues)... Be particularly careful to keep these away from pets. A coworker of mine had a contractor doing some work at his house and his two dogs managed to dig some Gorilla Glue out of the guy's toolbox. Apparently there's something about the smell that attracts dogs. His vet said this wasn't the first time he'd seen this. What's worse is that it expands as it hardens (in the stomach) so it becomes an emergency very quickly.

They ended up surgically removing the lumps of glue and the dogs are ok, but it was very expensive and not a good experience for anyone. Just be careful with it.
