So I went to the local Auto Expo this evening with some friends and saw some pretty sweet rides. We were just walking around and came upon the Jaguar display area and saw this interesting looking box structure that had been set up. You could tell there was a car in it and on the side of the box it said this..
Gorgeous requires my attention? Hmmmm... This I gotta see. I'm expecting some sort of prototype Jaguar that is too cool to let people get good pictures of but they will let you lean over the edge of this box and see it.
Gorgeous? I'll let you be the judge of that. Tell me if this is what you would put in a box that has a phrase that leads you to believe something impressive is contained inside.
Somehow I don't think that qualifies as gorgeous. :lmfao I went to the guy in charge of the display and asked him if he needed someone to clean it up. I've got some of the new Four Star sealant as well as some Wolfgang QD in my car and I could have this cleaned up in no time. He said he had someone who was going to take care of that for him. I reminded him that it has been in this condition all day and it really looks bad for Jaguar and his dealership, but whatever. If he wants everybody in the state to see a car like that sitting in a box then that is his deal. I could at least get the water spots off and the splashes on the bumper or something... As always pictures didn't capture how bad it really looked, but you can imagine from the pictures. It was pretty funny.
I mentioned that there was a car cover wadded up on the ground behind the car. He said it was the 'lid' for the box. I suggested he put the lid back on.
