im glad tyou had a good experiene.. like i have said in the past i have always had great service.. this time is no diffrent.. i think brett is ready to kill me with all my e-mails :laugh:
 
I checked this thread because I cannot seem to get in touch with these guys. 4 days ago I placed an order, but received no confirmation. Went to their site -- the on line live help was not up, so I sent an email -- no response. Today I tried calling the 800 number on their site ((800) 806-5231) and got a message that "this mailbox does not exist"

Sent another email asking if they were still in business -- I have not heard from them.

Does anyone have a direct number for them?

The previous person who posted before you "calgarydetail" waited months for his $2000 wax which never came. From my understanding, he's still in the process of disputing it with his credit card company and has since ordered and received it directly from Zymol.



There are so many bad complaints about OCDgarage that I almost think there should be a warning page for newbs to see so they don't learn the hard way.
