I placed a order last week with the deals they had. One item from the kit was missing. I called them and it arrived today. No issues. Thanks !
 
I ordered Sunday and one of my gift cards were wrong. They refunded the money to my account. Called today to switch my Long neck nano to the short neck cause the long neck was out of stock. Got it changed and the difference in price refunded in minutes. Great company to work with.
 
Customer service has always been great for me as well. We`ll miss you Ray:(

Thankfully I`ve had great customer service with other employees as well!
