Goo Gone... ?

Does anyone else use this as a adhesive remover for crap on windows or certain hard plastic parts? It could even be used on leather for those nasty gum stains. It works like a dream for me. Just be careful, dont spill any on carpets or it will loosen and remove the carpet fiber and it will have a "bald spot".

i only use goo gone the "interior paint", places where you wanna make it look nice, but you dont want to take the time to actually polish or wax. great for removing all kinds of stick stuff

3M makes a adhesive remover that I use for the last 10 years works well with all types of CRAP I think I bought it at Girots Garage. It is not cheap.but does the job and you use very little if your looking its the RED can

I've used goo gone with good results. Interesting that you had good results using it on leather. On the back of the bottle it says not to use on leather, silk, suede, or rubber.

It probably does strip some paints. That goo gone stuff is kinda strong. They have a little bottle for $1.00 at Big Lots. Man, you can find anything at that store. Ya, it worked great on a 1995 Buick Riviera's leather. Took off the gum stain easily thats been there for over two years.
