For the OP, you probably want an acrylic glaze on that color. The sheen of oily glaze will lose out to the gloss of acrylic glaze on pretty much everything except for black, red or single stage.

Which other glaze is this similar too?
cwcad said:Yes, it is purple with a strong grape scent. I have used EZ Creme, DWG, and Poorboy's Black Hole. For me they are all similar in appearance but each provides a different look. Black Hole did seem to fill more than the other two and I really do like the glow that it has produced on my Black truck. DWG lasted well on its own(6 weeeks) but did not seem to work well with sealants. It kind of mitigated the characteristics of the three sealants that I worked with. EZ-Creme was as its title states...easy to use but was the least impressive of the three in my testing of products.

08StangGT said:cwcad andShuskanz3, any tips on using Black Hole glaze? I chose BH over DWG to get some extra polishing and extra filling. I plan to apply by hand (no PC yet...). I plan to polish with Sonus SFX1 and SFX3 (hand polish bundle) first. I will be working on a red Ford Ranger first (my test bed with minor swirling) and then a black Acura where I hope to mitigate the appearance of early stage clearcoat failure. LSP choices on hand include NXTv2, S100, Mothers Step 3, and Megs 16.
cwcad said:I would apply BH with an applicator pad and be prepared to work your arms because the more you work it the more filling you will get up to a point. I have used the PC at speed three and at speed two. I cannot explain why but when applied at a slower speed it filled better and took a while for it to come to a shine. It is looking like a good product to mitigate marring on my Black truck.
I don't know for sure but if it were me I would not have a problem using any of the LSP's that you have listed. BH should work with almost any LSP. It depends on what you are looking for in shine and protection.

orionredwing said:On some other threads, people have mentioned that DWG and CG Extreme EZ-Creme II are now the same product.
Can someone please confirm / deny? Note I'm referring to EZ-Creme II, not 1 (not sure when II was released?)
Thanks,

SuperBee364 said:Bob (owner of Danase) has said (rather enthusiastically) that DWG is *NOT* the same as CG's EZ Creme Glaze. He acknowledges that they look and smell the same, but the base formula for his is unique. I don't see any reason to doubt him.
